• Ray Collins grew up in Pt. Angeles, Washington and moved to Texas in 1979 after serving in the United States Navy. Ray worked in sales / sales management for an international chemical corporation and a national automotive parts company prior to founding two retail furniture stores and a corporation that supplied furniture to a major national hotel chain. After several years, he decided to close his companies to pursue a career in real estate. Ray enjoys fishing, hunting, golfing, hiking, boating, skiing, and most sports.

• Nita is a native Texan and grew up in Kemp, TX. After graduating from Texas A&M, she moved to Dallas and pursued a career in marketing at Taylor Publishing, Ernst & Young LLP, and Sprint. Nita helped grow Ray's furniture business and spearheaded a national campaign for marketing his corporation. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking, reading, cooking, and arts and crafts.

Ray and Nita have enjoyed the challenges of the real estate market and have experienced fast growth. They are currently adding team members to be able to cover a larger part of the Dallas/Ft. Worth area while maintaining a high level of service that their clients have learned to expect. They are also working on obtaining a broker's license and plan to expand their operation to include several office locations.
